West-end Oxford is a new development project within the city of Oxford. The proposed development is located to the west of the city centre, situated between Oxpens Road and the city rail line.

 

Predominantly an area of industrial buildings, the site presents a rare opportunity for the creation a new largescale development in the heart of the city.

 

This study has been developed from an Oxford Brookes University MA Urban Design masterplan and focuses on detailing the design code for the proposed project.
